Assisted Living
Assisted living is a special form of housing and living for senior citizens that combines independence, self-determination and security. It is intended for people who want to remain independent but need help in some activities of daily life.
"As much independence as possible, as much help as necessary" is the motto of the assisted living flats. This special form of housing and living combines self-determination and security into old age. It is a contemporary alternative for people who want a barrier-free, individual rented flat. Here they can enjoy the benefits of their own home, receive support where needed and enjoy community activities. Care services or meals on wheels can be purchased as desired and needed. A Caritas staff member is in regular contact with the residents, so that the necessary assistance is provided.
Our offer includes:
- 50 - 70 m2 two- or three-room flats, cellar compartment, parking space
- Barrier-free paths within and around the housing complex
- Common room
Caritas currently manages 31 properties with 420 flats. The properties in Linz, Rohrbach and Grieskirchen are managed as competence centres and offer further services, such as a service point for caring relatives, support points of the Mobile Family and Care Services, support points of the Mobile Hospice Palliative Care or a day care for people with dementia.
